Job summary

PT ARC Teknologi in Jakarta Pusat seeks an experienced Affiliate Onboarding & Activation Manager to oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new affiliates and to fuel activation and performance among partner networks.

You will develop onboarding materials, train affiliates, and collaborate with Marketing to design incentive programs, while creating reports to track progress and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation and training skills.
• Familiarity with data and digital marketing tools.
• Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, Refersion, Rakuten) is a plus.
