Job summary

PT Olive Maju Abadi in Indonesia is seeking a TikTok Affiliate Specialist to hunt and recruit affiliates, manage creator relationships, and plan campaigns with SOWs, contracts, and timelines.

You will monitor content for brand alignment, expand the affiliate database, and track performance across reach, engagement, leads, and ROI. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a TikTok Affiliate, E-commerce Affiliate, or Affiliate Specialist.
• Active network of Affiliates/KOLs/Influencers preferred, especially pet/home/beauty.
• Familiar with Seller Center on e-commerce platforms.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with creators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and recruit relevant Affiliates aligned with the brand.
• Manage relationships with various Affiliate Creators relevant to campaigns.
• Plan and execute campaigns, including preparing SOWs, contracts, and timelines.
• Monitor content to ensure it aligns with the campaign brief, brand tone, and objectives.
• Build and expand the Affiliate database to support sustainable programs.
• Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, sales, and ROI).
