Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking an Affiliate Community Manager to own the growth and design of its long-tail affiliate program for PBB and BukuPay. You will shape rituals, events, and processes that convert affiliates into top performers and manage day-to-day ops with interns.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in community/affiliate roles, experience with creators or sellers, and the ability to design scalable SOPs and training. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing fintech environment in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years total experience in community, creator ops, affiliate programs, or grassroots user building.
• Has worked with creators, affiliates, sellers, drivers, or merchants.
• Has managed at least 1-2 junior teammates or interns before and can describe how they set the bar.
• Indonesian native, comfortable spending time in tier 2 and tier 3 cities where affiliates live.
• Can show specific numbers from past programs: creators graduated, productivity lifts, activation rates.
• Can design SOPs and workflows that interns can run without constant supervision, and still own the outcome.
• Can write a 1-page plan and defend it in person without a deck.

Responsibilities

• Design community rituals, WA group dynamics, content drops, challenges, and events that pull long-tail affiliates into consistent activity.
• Create onboarding paths, content training, live-streaming coaching, and templates to move affiliates from sign-up to first order faster.
• Plan and run online and offline events for peer learning and peer pressure.
• Oversee long-tail ops: payments, community replies, onboarding admin, mission tracking; SOPs owned; interns execute day-to-day work.
• Leverage the team by delegating ops to analysts, coaching weekly, raising the bar of what interns can ship.
• Identify and accelerate graduates from long-tail affiliates into Top status.
