Job summary

Kalbe Consumer Health is seeking an Affiliate & Community Executive to build and manage a strong affiliate and creator community, drive engaging content, and support e-commerce growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms in Indonesia.

You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, nurture relationships through regular communication and community activities, coordinate campaigns, product launches, and incentives, and monitor performance across content, orders, and GMV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• 1–2 years in affiliate marketing, creator/KOL management, community management, e-commerce, or related roles.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and/or Shopee affiliate programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other relevant platforms.
• Build strong relationships and engage affiliates through regular communication and community activities.
• Manage affiliate communities through WhatsApp Groups and other relevant channels.
• Create and execute affiliate programs, challenges, incentives, and campaign activities.
• Coordinate affiliate participation in product launches and key commercial campaigns.
• Support product sampling, commission programs, promotions, and affiliate content.
• Monitor affiliate performance, including content output, orders, and GMV.
• Identify high-potential creators and opportunities to improve affiliate performance.
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, agencies, and marketplace partners.
