Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to grow BukuAgen sales through Shopee affiliates. You will recruit new affiliates, design incentive schemes, onboard partners, and actively manage performance to maximize sales.

The role requires 2+ years in affiliate marketing or related fields, with strong negotiation skills and data-driven analysis to optimize schemes and outcomes. Based in Jakarta, on-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships/business development, or channel sales (Shopee/e-commerce experience strongly preferred)
• Track record of growing a partner/affiliate network and driving measurable sales results
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to recruit and retain affiliates
• Analytical mindset: comfortable using sales data to evaluate affiliate and scheme performance
• Experience designing commission/incentive structures is a plus
• Self-starter, comfortable with outbound sourcing and prospecting
• Familiarity with the Shopee Affiliate Program / seller-affiliate ecosystem preferred

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit new Shopee affiliates to grow the affiliate network
• Design and implement commission schemes/incentive structures that drive sales volume
• Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the tools and assets to start selling
• Monitor and manage affiliate performance, identifying and prioritizing high performers
• Set and track sales targets per affiliate/tier, intervening when performance dips
• Continuously test and optimize schemes to improve the number of sales from affiliates
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates to sustain engagement and performance
• Analyze affiliate sales data to spot trends, top performers, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing/product teams so affiliates have up-to-date promotional materials
