Job summary

Kalbe Consumer Health is seeking an Affiliate & Community Staff to manage daily communications with affiliate networks, foster strong relationships, and support the execution of affiliate programs and community activities.

You will share campaign updates, motivate affiliates to participate in campaigns, and help identify potential partners. A Diploma in relevant fields and proficiency with social platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Communication, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and comfortable interacting with many people.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, WhatsApp, and social media trends.
• Able to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Experience in community, KOL/creator, social media, or event management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and engagement with affiliate communities
• Build and maintain good relationships with affiliates
• Share campaign, product, promotion, and affiliate program updates
• Encourage affiliates to join campaigns, create content, and promote products
• Identify and develop potential affiliates
• Collect affiliate feedback and coordinate with internal teams when needed
• Maintain affiliate data and activity records
• Support the execution of affiliate programs and community activities
