• Excellent communication skills with clients, clinicians, and staff.
• Familiarity with medical or wellness services and clinical workflows.
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance support to build a high-performing, service-oriented team.
• Prior clinic, spa, or hospitality management experience is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with scheduling software.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Relevant education in healthcare administration, business management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
