The Clinic Manager monitors financial performance, supports budgeting and inventory management, and ensures compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, coordinating training, resolving client concerns, aligning clinical and administrative teams, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves close collaboration with medical providers to support treatment workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold high standards of care and service.

Qualifications
