Aura Clinic Lombok is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily salon operations and drive exceptional client experiences. You will supervise therapists, nail technicians, lash/brow artists, and other staff while maintaining cleanliness, service standards, and efficient scheduling.

Fluent English is essential for communications with international and local clients, handling complaints professionally and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced beauty and hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in salon or beauty industry operations.
• Experience in a beauty salon offering Lash & Brow, Nails, and Facial treatments.
• Good understanding of daily salon operations, service standards, and client experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to supervise therapists, nail technicians, lash & brow artists, and other salon staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to communicate professionally with international and local clients.
• Experienced in handling client complaints and resolving operational issues professionally.
• Able to manage bookings, staff schedules, daily operations, and service flow.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and proactive.
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, hygiene, and service quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced beauty and hospitality environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to take responsibility for the overall daily performance and smooth operation of the salon.
