SOZO Skin Clinic is hiring an Area Manager to drive sales and oversee multiple clinics, ensuring consistent patient experience and operational efficiency. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, coaching staff, and optimizing budgets across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5+ years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably in beauty/wellness/retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across all clinics by promoting services, products, and special offers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and proactively address underperformance.
• Train and coach clinic teams on upselling, cross selling, and client retention techniques.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Sozo clinics to ensure consistency and efficiency.
