Job summary

Sekolah Pelita Harapan seeks an Admissions Coordinator to guide prospective families through the admission journey, including tours, tests, applications, and enrollment. You will manage materials, coordinate tests, and ensure accurate records while reporting progress to the Department Head.

You will also plan Open House events and parent seminars, handling communications across channels to encourage participation and maintain strong relationships with families and the school community.

Qualifications

• Strong faith and Biblical understanding of education.
• Commitment to SPH's Mission, Vision, and core values.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in activities outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Inform prospective parents about SPH vision, mission, curriculum, and admissions procedures.
• Guide families through tours, tests, applications, and enrollment steps.
• Coordinate entrance tests, materials, and document verification.
• Prepare acceptance letters, communicate requirements, and track payment deadlines and discounts.
• Maintain admissions records and report progress to the Department Head.
• Plan Open House events and parent seminars with guest registrations.
• Promote admissions through emails, calls, and other channels.
• Provide support for Head of School and Yayasan meetings.
