• Assists with conflict resolution, problem-solving, and restorative conversations to build healthy peer interactions.
• Implements tiered counseling supports within the MTSS framework, including targeted and intensive interventions.
• Uses data and observation to assess student needs, monitor progress, and guide intervention decisions.
• Responds to student crises with appropriate support and coordination.
