RevoU is hiring an Admission Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective students. This fully remote role focuses on evening and weekend chats, qualifying leads and scheduling consultations with Admission Counselors.

You will use AI tools to speed replies, maintain clean lead records, and optimize follow-ups for higher conversions. Must have telesales or sales-driven customer service experience, strong Bahasa Indonesia writing, and the ability to work a predictable schedule.

Qualificações

• Experience in telesales or sales-focused customer service.
• Ability to book consultations and manage follow-ups.
• Clear, warm writing style in Bahasa Indonesia.
• You must start your application with the word BOOK.

Responsabilidades

• Replying to incoming chats within response-time standards.
• Answering questions about programs (curriculum, schedule, pricing, options) accurately.
• Qualifying leads and booking them into consultations.
• Following up with leads who go quiet until booking or opt-out.
• Keeping lead data and booking status accurate in CRM with notes.
• Flagging objections and data gaps for improvements.
