Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing teams and agencies.
• Strong strategic planning with end‑to‑end campaign leadership and measurement.
• Deep expertise in digital and performance marketing (paid social, search, programmatic, CRM).
• Experience developing issuer/co-brand and partner marketing programs (B2B2C).
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indonesia Consumer Marketing and Media channel strategies to drive brand preference and usage.
• Develop and measure social media content and manage publishing calendar.
• Leverage Mastercard assets to drive preference and create domestic market assets.
• Develop best practices and deliver campaigns with Issuers leveraging marketing assets.
