Job summary

AINI Heating Technology seeks a skilled translator/interpreter to bridge communication between local teams, management, and overseas stakeholders. The role focuses on accurate translations, on-site interpretation, and seamless coordination across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a D3 in Mandarin or be a China university graduate, with HSK 4+ and strong Mandarin/Indonesian proficiency, plus good English for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mandarin Language/Literature or graduate from a China university with interest in translator/interpreter.
• HSK 4 or above with strong Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
• Good command of English for daily business communication and coordination.
• Proven experience as translator or interpreter, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents, correspondence, and communications between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English, ensuring accuracy and terminology.
• Provide on-site interpretation during meetings, training, machinery installation, and discussions with management, suppliers, and overseas partners.
• Support communication across Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in translating technical, operational, administrative, and business-related materials.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in translating technical, operational, administrative, and business-related materials.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company information and communications.
• Proofread and quality-check translated documents to maintain accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Support the administrative team in managing multilingual documentation and correspondence.
• Assist with meeting and event coordination where Mandarin interpretation or translation support is required.
• Proactively identify and clarify communication gaps to support effective coordination between local teams and overseas stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Experience with translation software or tools is an advantage.
