Key Responsibilities :
- Handle purchasing and ordering of Non-BOM office and operational goods, including office supplies, facility-related items, and other general operational needs.
- Coordinate procurement processes with the MMSC Procurement Team and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with project vendors and external suppliers regarding quotations, order status, delivery schedules, and purchasing requirements.
- Negotiate with vendors regarding delivery timelines, service commitments, and other operational matters within assigned authority.
- Monitor purchase requests and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Proactively identify potential delays, supply issues, or procurement risks and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper procurement records, supporting documents, and vendor-related documentation.
- Support basic warehouse and inventory management processes for Non-BOM goods
- Coordinate effectively with both internal departments and external parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience (1-3 years) in Procurement, Purchasing, General Affairs, Vendor Management, or Inventory Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Have experienced using SAP/ERP Systems
- Basic understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory management principles, particularly SKU management, FIFO, stock movement, and inventory control.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, communicative, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Active proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Basic or conversational Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
