Job summary

PT Graha Bumi Hijau sedang mencari interpreter/translator yang mampu berkomunikasi antara manajemen klien berbahasa Mandarin dengan tim lapangan di lokasi proyek.

Peran ini meliputi penerjemahan dokumen teknis, laporan proyek, dan korespondensi dalam bahasa Mandarin, Indonesia, dan Inggris.

Qualifications

• Mahami tugas sebagai interpreter/translator lisan dan tertulis dalam rapat dan komunikasi harian.
• Mampu menerjemahkan dokumen teknis antara Mandarin, Indonesia, dan Inggris.
• Kuasai Microsoft Office dan perangkat lunak pengolahan dokumen.
• Berpengalaman 1–2 tahun di administrasi proyek/koordinasi proyek/terjemahan.

Responsibilities

• Menafsirkan secara lisan antara manajemen/klien berbahasa Mandarin dengan tim lapangan.
• Menerjemahkan dokumen teknis, laporan proyek, korespondensi, dan regulasi internal.
• Mengelola, mengatur, dan mendokumentasikan semua berkas proyek (kontrak, laporan rutin, serah terima, pembelian).

Job description

Act as an interpreter (oral) and translator (written) during meetings, daily discussions, and communications between Mandarin-speaking management/clients and field/local teams

Translate technical documents, project reports, correspondence, and internal regulations to/from Mandarin, Indonesian, and English

Manage, organize, and document all project files (contracts, daily/weekly/monthly reports, official handovers, and purchase orders)

About you

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field (preferably Mandarin Language/Literature, Business Mandarin, Engineering, or Administration)

Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, writing, listening, reading), fluent, equivalent to HSK 5, with or without certificate

Proficient in Indonesian and English (passive/active) for formal communication and correspondence

1–2 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, or translation.

Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, mining, or energy industries.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data/document processing software

Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites.
