• Prepare monthly financial recaps and stock opname with Warehouse & E‑Commerce teams.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our accounting team at PT. KURNIAMITRA DUTA SENTOSA, Tbk. This is a full-time position based in South Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of our accounting functions. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks that are essential to the financial health and compliance of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Update and record incoming and outgoing bank transactions, including preparing bank vouchers.

Input payment invoices for local/import merchandise purchases, sub-distributor transactions, expenses, freight, and fixed assets.

Prepare bank payment vouchers for administrative fees, installments, insurance, freight, operational expenses, and trade payables.

Record customer payments and incoming transactions in the accounting system.

Review and approve transactions for petty cash, cash on hand, incoming bank, and outgoing bank.

Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable, purchase advances, accounts payable, and tax-related liabilities.

Prepare monthly financial recaps and reports.

Conduct monthly stock opname in coordination with the Warehouse and Retail & E-Commerce teams.

Perform monthly VAT reconciliation against tax reports.

Prepare monthly adjusting entries for expense accruals and allocations.

Record received items for local freight expenses.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in distribution companies.

Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of bank transactions, AP/AR, reconciliation, and basic taxation.

Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Able to work independently and collaborate well with other teams.

Willing to work WFO in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
