Job summary

PT. Global Multindo Cipta (GMC) is hiring a detail-driven Logistics Admin for our Surabaya operations. The role focuses on verifying shipment documents, processing administrative data, and maintaining an audit-ready filing system.

You will handle invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and escalate discrepancies to management. This is a contract, full-time, on-site position with standard hours and BPJS benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), any relevant major.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant admin/logistics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail, strong integrity, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipment documents against PO and delivery notes before filing or processing.
• Escalate any discrepancy directly to management before processing — no independent sign-off.
• Process payroll-related administrative data entry.
• Maintain an organized, audit-ready filing system for shipment, invoice, and logistics records.
• Raise customer invoices and monitor accounts receivable (AR).

GMC Logistics is hiring a detail-driven, trustworthy Logistics Admin to manage document verification, administrative processing, and filing for our Surabaya operations. This role carries real accountability — you will be the control point for shipment documentation accuracy.

Employment: Contract (PKWT), full-time, onsite in Surabaya. Salary IDR 4,500,000/month + BPJS.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipment documents against Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery notes before filing or processing
• Escalate any discrepancy directly to management before processing — no independent sign-off
• Process payroll-related administrative data entry
• Maintain an organized, audit-ready filing system for shipment, invoice, and logistics records
• Raise customer invoices and monitor accounts receivable (AR)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1), any relevant major
