Job summary

PT. Mitra Manunggal Mahardika (Adelle Jewellery) in Jakarta Pusat seeks a motivated marketing professional or fresh graduate to support market research, track trends, and plan campaigns for our luxury jewellery line.

You will coordinate with R&D, Merchandise, Store Managers, and the Digital Marketing team to ensure cohesive communication, design promotions for offline stores, and foster brand partnerships with mall partners.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relation / Marketing Communication / Related Major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; passion for jewellery fashion or luxury fashion is preferred.
• Creativity for B2B to B2C marketing/branding; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out market research to track customer trends and predict future trends.
• Plan an event from budgeting, detail program, to execution on the day.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including briefing, creative execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Work closely with Research & Development, Merchandise Division, Store Managers, Digital Marketing, and Creative Team to ensure right communication.
• Create promotions/activations to boost performance of Adelle offline stores.
• Collaborate with external partners: Media Relations, Mall Management, and Brand Partnerships.

• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
• Plan an event from budgeting, detail program, to execution on the day
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaign including campaign briefing, creative execution and post-campaign analysis
• Work closely with other division; Research & Development
• Division, Merchandise Division, Store Manager of each store, Digital Marketing Team, and Creative Team to ensure the right communication for the new campaign
• Create promotion / any activation strategy to boost performance of every Adelle offline store
• Work closely with external partnership; Media Relation, Mall
• Relation, and Brand Partnership Relation

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree, in Public Relation / Marketing Communication / Related Major

• Having a creativity to have B to B to C process for Marketing / Branding
• Having a good communication skill
