Job summary

Puro Indonesia is seeking a customer service associate to handle chats across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp. You will answer inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and promotions, and assist with stock updates and data entry.

This role supports the team during scheduled shifts, including potential night hours. Ideal candidates will have a D3 diploma and strong customer service skills, with familiarity with marketplaces like Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

Min. D3 education.
Good customer service skills (friendly, responsive, solution-oriented).
Familiar with marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Willing to work flexible hours (including night shift if needed).
CS / online shop admin experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle customer chat (Shopee, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp) professionally.
Answer product, order, shipping & promo inquiries.
Manage marketplace operations (orders, stock updates, data input).
Support customer service during scheduled shifts (including night chat if needed).
