PT Putragaya Wahana is seeking a seasoned Billing & Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee daily billing and collection activities in Jakarta. You will review invoices and supporting documents, monitor AR aging, and coordinate with tenants and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years in billing/AR (supervisory preferred), and strong communication skills in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in billing/AR with supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical skills for AR aging and discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and tenants.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily billing and collection activities to ensure accuracy.
• Review invoices, billing documents, and credits for accuracy.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow.
• Coordinate with tenants and internal teams on discrepancies.
• Maintain records of customer accounts and payments.
• Prepare aging, collection, and cash forecast reports.
• Ensure internal billing controls and procedures.
