Job summary

PT Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking an Account Receivable Officer at Lippo Mall Head Office. The role focuses on ensuring accurate billing, posting receipts, and resolving discrepancies to maintain healthy cash flow.

You will verify billing documents, follow up arrears, and coordinate with tenants to collect payments. A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 1–2 years of work experience in accounts receivable or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Detail-oriented with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong software skills: spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and presentations.
• Advanced level experience in developing Business Objects reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check billing documents and distribute to tenants.
• Provide information about arrears and issue warnings and actions.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of billing to tenants.
• Perform reconciliation with tenants for payment discrepancies.
• Follow up with tenants to negotiate payments and collect cash receipts.
• Record all cash receipts and reconcile them.
• Prepare and review accounts receivable aging to monitor billing.
• Process deposit return documents and issue receipts.
