Job summary

PT. CETC TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA (CTI) is seeking an Accounting & Accounts Receivable (AR) Staff to support finance operations in West Jakarta. You will manage AR, process invoices, handle payments, and assist in month-end close.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting or AR, strong Excel skills, and ability to work with sales and finance teams in a fast-paced IT distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Credit Control.
• Experience in B2B distribution, IT distribution, wholesale, or trading companies preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF).
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation (VAT/PPN) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable management and aging reports.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Manage credit control, payments, and reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
