Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in accounting or business preferred.
• 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related work.
• Excellent command of English; Chinese is advantageous.
• Proficient in using common office software for data processing and verification.
• Rigorous, meticulous and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Vendor invoice processing and preliminary verification.
• Payment initiation and tracking with approval workflows.
• Prepare supporting documents for payments including vouchers.
• Payment planning and coordination with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely processing.
• Overall accounts payable documentation management and filing.
• Record petty cash and sundry expenses; ensure compliance with policies.
• Issue sales invoices for the Indonesia region.
