Job summary

Modinity Group is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist for a 6-month contract at our Pulogadung, East Jakarta office. The role focuses on verifying invoices, processing payments, reconciling statements, and recording financial data in our ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Min 2 years of AP experience.
• Knowledge of full AP cycle, FA, accrual accounting, and PSAK basics.
• Good working knowledge of Indonesian taxation: VAT (PPN), PPh 23, PPh 4(2), Coretax.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Oracle Fusion preferred; SAP/Odoo/Accurate also considered.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Brevet A/B certification is an advantage.
• Office located in Pulogadung, East Jakarta.
• This is a 6-month contract position.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting

• Solid understanding of the full AP cycle, FA, accrual accounting, and PSAK basics
• Good working knowledge of Indonesian taxation: VAT (PPN), PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Coretax
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system; Oracle Fusion experience is a strong plus (SAP, Odoo, or Accurate also considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
