Stilt Studios in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. You will maintain the billing system, generate invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist senior financial officers.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting, experience with AP/AR, and strong math, confidentiality, and leadership skills in a small team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

Responsabilidades

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
• Generate purchase orders when necessary
• Obtain and print signatures on all checks
• Assist senior financial officers as needed
• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
