Job summary

A Astro Indonesia is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations, process invoices, and assist with inventory reconciliation in Jakarta. The role requires maintaining accurate records and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial processes.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or relevant internship experience.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles, invoice processing, and inventory reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day accounting operations and ad hoc requests from the Finance team.
Process and maintain invoice records accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in inventory adjustment and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ensure accounting data and documentation are complete, accurate, and well-organized.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial processes.
