Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant Manager to join the Finance Operations team in Jakarta. The role focuses on accurate invoice processing, strong internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive process improvements, handle audit-ready documentation, and lead vendor dispute resolutions. Fluency in English and experience with Coupa and SAP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume transactions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent/Fluent English on a written and oral basis is a must.

Responsibilities

• Review and process complex vendor invoices accurately, ensuring adherence to internal controls, tax compliance, and payment terms.
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable aging reports to optimize working capital and minimize aging balances.
• Maintain rigorous documentation standards to support audits and month-end/year-end closings.
• Serve as main point of contact to resolve complex invoice or payment discrepancies with vendors and internal partners.
• Participate in automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline invoice processing and payment workflows.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
