PT PM Control Systems in Jakarta is seeking an AR/AP/Finance Administrator to process invoices, payments and receipts accurately and on time. You will maintain records, reconcile bank statements, input data into accounting software, and assist with budgeting and tax filings.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Follow up outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee expense reports.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Input financial data into accounting software.
• Assist in budgeting preparation by providing data.
• Monitor spending against budget.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax documents.
• Communicate effectively with other Departments and other stakeholders.
• Provide monthly financial report including aging report
