Job summary

Sandvik Mining and Construction is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for its Australian operations, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will manage a broad range of AP activities, ensuring accuracy of supplier transactions, coordinating with cross-border teams, and supporting month-end close in a global finance environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in AP, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in accounts payable (AP).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
Strong understanding of invoice processing and supplier account management.
Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
Intermediate Excel skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Review and process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment requests accurately and timely.
Perform supplier statement reconciliations; investigate outstanding items.
Prepare payment proposals and support international supplier payments.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and PO matching issues.
Analyze AP balances, accruals, prepayments and GRNI accounts.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning and Operations to resolve queries.
Support month-end close, reporting, and audit requests.
Contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
