Job summary

PT Ecoware International Indonesia in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an accounting staff to handle day‑to‑day finance tasks and support monthly closings and financial reporting.

You will issue tax invoices and sales orders, manage accounts receivable, assist in reconciliation, and maintain cash and bank books, with regular coordination with the Malaysian HQ. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a trading company are required, plus strong Excel/Word skills and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (D4/S1) in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as accounting staff in a trading company or related fields.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Indonesian tax system in all aspects.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
• Able to communicate in English, as staff will be coordinating with the Malaysian HQ.
• Good teamwork skills, able to work independently, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Issue customer purchase tax invoices and prepare credit notes.
• Collect accounts receivable payments from customers.
• Assist in preparing accounting documents required for the monthly closing process and financial reporting.
• Support the finance team in the reconciliation process and other accounting tasks as needed.
• Manage daily transactions, cash book, bank book, and petty cash.
• Administration
• Able to issue Sales Invoices and Sales Orders.
• Check and verify Sales Orders (SO) before they are sent, as needed.
• Verify and double-check daily customer invoices that have been sent.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
