PT Epsea Machinery Equipment Indonesia is seeking a qualified Finance professional to manage taxation, compliance, and financial controls. You will oversee VAT and Indonesian payroll taxes, audit import duties, prepare PSAK financial statements, and advise management on tax implications for new projects.
The role requires 3–5 years of Indonesian tax and PSAK reporting experience, Brevet A & B, and proficiency in DJP apps and ERP systems.
Taxation & Compliance: Manage, calculate, and file all monthly/annual taxes (VAT, PPh 21, 22, 23, 4(2), 25, 29) via DJP applications, including payroll tax coordination with HR.
Import & Cost Accounting: Audit import duties (Bea Masuk, PPh 22 Import), track Landed Costs with logistics, and manage AP/AR aging for optimal cash flow.
Financial Reporting & Control: Prepare PSAK Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), perform fiscal reconciliations, and match cash-to-ledger vouchers.
Advisory & Supervision: Guide management on tax implications for new projects and review daily entries submitted by Finance Staff.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
Min. 3 - 5 years of experience in Indonesian tax, PSAK reporting, and import/customs accounting.
Brevet A & B certification is required.
Proficient in DJP apps (e-Faktur, e-Bupot), ERP accounting software, and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to organizing financial data and resolving discrepancies.
Preferred: Hands-on experience using Accurate or Kingdee software
