Job summary

Evolene Indonesia is seeking an entry-level to junior Accountant in Tangerang to maintain financial records and support monthly closings. The role will require ensuring documentation is complete, reconciling accounts, and supporting tax processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting/Economics degree with 1–2 years of experience and familiarity with PSAK/ISAK; SAP experience is an advantage. Office-based role in Tangerang, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Tax.
• Familiarity with PSAK/ISAK.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records filing and documentation system.
• Perform monthly closing processes and balance sheet alignment.
• Validate accounting transactions per procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare Tax Reconciliation data between expenses and tax payable.
• Validate taxes related to procured goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accounting records filing and documentation system.
• Checking and validating accounting transaction as procedure and guidelines.
• Tracking transactional account and cost / expense.
• In charge of every month end closing process.
• Executing reconciliation process as standard and procedure.
• Provide data of Tax Reconciliation Report between Expenses, Tax Payable
• Validating taxes related with the procured goods and services
• Ensure all the monthly management accounts with all its supporting schedules (mainly all the balance sheets accounts) are prepared in a timely and accurate manners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting / Tax field.
• Candidate from consulting companies / FMCG would be preferable
• Familiarity with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standard (PSAK, ISAK).
• Strong basic knowledge in Accounting & Tax
• Knowledge in Fixed Asset & Inventory Accounting.
• Having experience in using SAP Accounting Software would be an advantage.
