Job summary

PT. Indomak Kitacipta Karya seeks an accounting/tax specialist to verify vendor payments, record journal entries in Accurate, and reconcile tax obligations with Coretax. The role ensures VAT and income tax filings compliance and supports audit documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Brevet A & B, 1–3 years in a similar role, and strong knowledge of SAP and Accurate systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations.
• Proficient in Coretax.
• Skilled in tax reconciliation (general ledger vs. tax reports).
• Familiar with accounting systems such as Accurate and SAP.
• Holds Brevet A & B certification.

Responsibilities

• Verify vendor payments and cash advances, including provisioning and recording.
• Record and post journal transactions in Accurate to maintain accurate financial records.
• Recap and reconcile tax obligations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2)) between general ledger and tax reports via Coretax.
• Upload unification withholding tax slips.
• Review expenses and payable balances.
• Prepare and process e-billing for PPh Article 25.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT and income tax filings.
• Support tax audits and prepare related documentation.
