Job summary

PT Afaflow Indonesia (BWT Department) is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily accounting, AP/AR, and tax compliance in Jakarta Utara. The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with Indonesian regulations, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with 2–3 years of relevant experience, and may have Brevet A/B certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible.
• Brevet A/B certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Handle AP and AR.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Handle monthly and annual tax calculations and reporting.
• Assist with monthly and annual closing processes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and tax matters.

Job description

Manage daily accounting transactions and journal entries.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform bank and account reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.

Handle monthly and annual tax calculations and reporting.

Manage PPh and VAT (PPN) related matters.

Ensure tax documents and accounting records are complete and accurate.

Assist with monthly and annual closing processes.

Support internal and external audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and tax matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
