Karofi Holding in Jakarta is seeking an entry to mid-level Accountant to maintain accurate accounting records, manage payables/receivables, and assist with tax reporting in line with Indonesian regulations.

The role requires 1+ year of accounting experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is preferred for multinational exposure. This is an on-site position in Jakarta Utara.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year accounting experience (entry to mid level).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English preferred for multinational environments.
• Familiarity with BPJS systems and general office management.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.

• Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws (e.g., PPh 21, VAT) and labor regulations.
• Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies (e.g., tax office, BPJS).
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
