Job summary

International Connectivity Services seeks a Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting based in Batam, Indonesia. You will lead the Indonesian entities' financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, and produce timely statutory statements.

You will strengthen controls, coordinate audits, and deliver robust financial analysis using advanced Excel. Prior audit experience and experience with project-cost reporting are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Financial reporting, project control especially in construction.
• Experience with Indonesia, international or APAC projects.
• Experience with industry-standard costs estimating software and tools to perform accurate cost calculations and produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and intercompany balances.
• Prepare management accounts, statutory financial statements, reporting packs, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and review balance sheet, bank, intercompany, and subledger reconciliations. Investigate and resolve outstanding items.
• Analyse actual results against budgets and forecasts, identify key trends and variances, and provide clear recommendations.
• Coordinate audit schedules, supporting documents, and responses to audit queries.
