Job summary

PT Formulatrix Indonesia is seeking an Accountant to join our Salatiga team. You will create financial statements for a manufacturing company, monitor inventory and balance sheets, and validate accrued expenses. Strong Excel and accounting software skills are essential.

Job description

Creating financial statements of a manufacturing company.

Monitoring financial position reports, inventory reports, and balance sheet reports.

Making a profit and loss statement and validating the accrued expense report.

Monitoring and supervising the preparation of the balance sheet statement.

Supervising and evaluating the preparation of explanations for financial report items.

Monitoring the preparation and validation of detailed reports on fixed assets and depreciation.

Receiving and recapitulate accounts payable and accounts receivable reports.

Confirming any discrepancies/deviations in the financial statements.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have experience and a good understanding of financial statements.

Have the ability to operate computers and excellent skills in Microsoft Office Program, especially Microsoft Excel.

Have the ability to use accounting software.

Have good interpersonal skills, good analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

Have an ability to work independently or in a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Accurate, attention to detail, integrity, organized, highly motivated and fast learners is a must.

Have good communication skills in English is a plus.
