Job summary

Formulatrix Indonesia is seeking a Junior Electronics Engineer in Central Java to design, develop, test, and improve electronic systems that power our laboratory automation products. You will contribute to embedded electronics design, hardware validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable performance.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates should have strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, PCB design, EMS, motion control, and good English communication.

Overview roles

As an Electronics Engineer at PT Formulatrix Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, testing, and improving electronic systems that power our high-precision laboratory automation products. This full-time position is based in Central Java, where you will contribute your expertise in electronics design, embedded systems, hardware validation, and troubleshooting to support the company's mission of delivering innovative and reliable automation solutions.

What will you do?

• Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.
• Performing the electronics measurements including Oscilloscopes and Multimeters.

What are we looking for?

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, Physic/Instrumentation or related fields, with a strong focus on electronics and embedded system design (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Experience:

• Have substantial project experience or have gained practical experience independently, beyond academic assignments (previous industry experience is a plus).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of both analog and digital electronics.
• Practical experience in creating electronic prototypes.
• Ready to lead or mentor other team members.
• Strong skills in PCB design, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), motion control, and embedded systems are a plus.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Soft Skills:

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and reprioritize as necessary.
