Job summary

PT Trimegah Bangun Persada is seeking an Accounting/Finance Staff in Central Jakarta. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Mandarin language proficiency. Candidates with 1+ year of related experience or fresh graduates are welcome.

The position involves maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting monthly financial statements. Immediate placement in Sudirman Area, Central Jakarta.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies and processes payment of invoices for accounts payable.
• Maintains the general ledger and reconciles accounts.
• Handles cash disbursement, payroll, and receivables/payables.
• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and P&L statements.
• Assists auditors with required documents for annual audit.

Job Descriptions :

Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.

Maintains the general ledger.

Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manages accounts receivable collections and account payable.

Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.

Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.

Performs other related dutiesasassigned.
