The Practice Consulting in Jakarta is seeking a Coordinator/Assistant Manager for Accounting Services to lead and oversee financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting and internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely financial statements.

The role collaborates with management and owners, driving cost efficiencies, risk management, and strategic planning while mentoring team members and maintaining high standards of financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in similar roles.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial accounting functions including invoicing and collections.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for financial processes.
• Review and validate supporting documents for accounting transactions.
• Ensure month-end and year-end close procedures are completed timely.
• Oversee cash, fixed assets, depreciation and intercompany reconciliations.
