Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting or Finance.
• Brevet A & B is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in tax.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Excellent communication and cross‑department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform tax calculations and filings for clients monthly and annually.
• Manage monthly tax closing and prepare tax reports.
• Ensure VAT, withholding, and corporate tax compliance.
• Maintain data integrity and reconcile monthly tax returns with general ledger.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure tax requirements are met.

Reporting to the Manager, Tax Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service and Delivery team and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform and managing the Tax calculation for clients of Company;
• Responsible for monthly closing for Tax Reports;
• Perform tax calculations, payment and reporting as well as preparing tax returns for all taxes, monthly and annually;
• Perform reconciliation between monthly tax return and general ledger;
• To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company;
• Responsible for efficient and effective internal and external compliance for VAT, withholding tax and corporate tax;
• Responsible for efficient and effective internal Tax and Payroll administrative activities;
• To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company;
• To undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required;
• To ensure financial data integrity, including books and records conform to legal and tax requirements.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tax/Accountancy/Finance;
• Brevet A & B is a plus;
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the tax fields;
