Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles (PSAK) and financial reporting.
