Job summary

Güntner Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls in a manufacturing/international environment.

You will ensure IFRS and PSAK compliance, manage cost accounting and tax, and provide strategic financial insights to drive performance and investor confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Tax Brevet A,B,C, PSAK certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a managerial role within manufacturing or international companies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience preparing IFRS and PSAK-compliant financial reports.

Responsibilities

• IFRS, PSAK, and local standards reporting and compliance.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production cost optimization.
• Develop and present financial reports with variance analysis vs targets.
• Manage tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external financial audits.

Manage all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls by ensuring the process meet the standard requirements as well as to support productivity development plan align with company vision, mission, and strategies.

Task And Responsibilities

• International Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare, present and improve financial reports in accordance with IFRS, local accounting standards (PSAK) and company needs, analyze the differences or discrepancies and find the causes.
• Cost Accounting & Management: Oversee product costing, analyze manufacturing variances (material, labor, and overhead), and monitor inventory valuation to optimize production costs.
• Financial Report & Analysis: Develop the process of making financial reports with more accurate, effective and efficient results and provide the deep-dive analysis on financial performance versus targets.
• Tax & Regulation – Accounting GAAP: Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and Transfer Pricing documentation. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and hedging strategies if applicable. Analyze the tax reports & propose preventive actions to prevent tax problems.
• Internal Controls & Audit: Coordinate financial audit for either internal and external audit to ensure all required data are available and there’s no misleading or error data.
• Intercompany Coordination: Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting packages to the Global Headquarters.
• Strategic Support: Provide financial insights for capital expenditure (CAPEX) evaluations and operational improvement projects.
• Asset Managements: Manage company assets and as a consideration for predicting losses or investments.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Certification: Tax Brevet A,B,C, and PSAK

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment or international company.

Ability

• Experienced in preparing and analyzing international financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local standards (PSAK)
• Fluent in English (written and speaking)
