Job summary

PT Buana Abadi Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented junior accountant in Jakarta to record daily transactions and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for shipment-related activities.

You will perform reconciliations, support monthly closes, and assist with financial reporting and tax compliance. A bachelor’s in accounting with 1–2 years’ experience is preferred, along with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or tax experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AR, AP, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax administration (e-Faktur, Coretax) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions accurately.
• Prepare and record AR and AP.
• Record vendor bills and shipment costs.
• Perform bank, cash, AR, and AP reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor shipment profitability and costs as needed.
• Coordinate with operations and sales for billing accuracy.
• Prepare monthly tax administration documents and tax calculations.
