Job summary

HealthMetrics is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting specialist in Jakarta with at least 2 years in the field. You will handle journal entries, financial reporting, and banking processes, using advanced Excel for large data sets and pivot tables. Prior exposure to Zahir/Oracle NetSuite is required.

You will input and reconcile AP transactions, prepare monthly reports, and support audits. Strong English communication is essential for collaboration with teams and banks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Finance & Accounting with good English
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Advanced Excel with large data, formulas & pivot tables
• Experience in Finance, Accounting Journals
• Experience with Zahir/Oracle NetSuite (not training)
• Experience in Financial Reporting and Banking processes
• Input / reconcile all transaction AP and payments in the accounting system
• Prepare monthly raw data financial reports and balance sheet reconciliation
• Prepare cashflow for weekly payments and reconcile claims/credit cards
• Liaise with banks for new accounts, corporate cards, dormant accounts and related activities
• Work with auditors and prepare supporting documents for audit adjustments

Responsibilities

• Input and reconcile all AP transactions and payments in the accounting system

• Manage cash flow preparation for weekly payments and credit card reconciliations
• Liaise with banks for account openings, corporate cards, and related activities
• Prepare documentation for audits and support audit adjustments
• Collaborate with auditors and finance team on reporting requirements
