Job summary

Burger King Indonesia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team, ensure timely invoice processing, and maintain accurate supporting documents. You will supervise day-to-day activities and drive process improvements in a fast-growing hospitality business.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least five years in a senior accounting or AP-related role, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a senior accounting or AP-related role.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the accounts payable team.
• Ensure timely invoice processing.
• Verify invoices with complete supporting documents.
• Monitor AP aging and maintain accuracy.
• Develop and enforce AP controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for major vendors.
