Job summary

Burger King Indonesia is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 2+ years in Big 4 or the food & beverage sector, strong Excel and SAP skills, and excellent communication abilities.

You will coordinate with auditors and help strengthen internal controls. Based in Jakarta, the position offers on-site work and growth opportunities within a global fast-food brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years of experience in Big 4 Audit or food & beverage industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge and concepts.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled and analyzed regularly.
• Perform fluctuation analysis on assigned accounts, research, resolve and document variances.
• Maintain and propose accruals when needed.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Liaise with auditors at quarterly review and year-end audit and provide supporting data.
• Evaluate current processes and internal controls; implement improvements.
• Prepare statutory accounts, both consolidated and stand-alone.
