Job summary

LIECO GROUP in Jakarta seeks an experienced Senior Finance Officer to prepare timely financial reports, maintain GL, and manage AR/AP, tax filings, and audits. 1+ requires strong English and Mandarin communication and proficiency in Accurate Accounting Software.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and resilience under pressure, within a fast-growing holding company with Trading, Mining, and Property sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 from Accounting/Finance/Tax.
• Having more than 6 years experience in same position.
• Ability to communicate well.
• Able to speak English and Mandarin language.
• Able to use MS Office and Accurate Accounting Software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Review and verify supporting documents and journal entries to ensure proper recording.
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in the system.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including issuing invoices and tax invoices, preparing receipt/payment vouchers, monitoring AR aging, and performing AR collection.
• Prepare and submit e-Billing and SPM tax reports, as well as ensure accurate tax mapping with financial reports.
• Prepare and submit annual corporate income tax returns (SPT Tahunan) and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Coordinate with Finance and Tax Officers to ensure timely and accurate transaction posting.
• Provide and prepare supporting data/documents for internal and external audits.
• Support the Tax Department in submitting tax invoices and other required documents.
